A quote or timing review is needed before payment. This request does not reserve an appointment or collect a deposit.
Your booking needs staff approval. The deposit normally offsets your bill. Customer cancellations forfeit the deposit; one reschedule is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice.
Lateness & your deposit
A 15-minute grace period is allowed from your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your deposit may be forfeited at the salon’s discretion. If your service goes ahead after forfeiture, you must pay the full service price upon completion; the forfeited deposit will not be deducted from your bill.
If your technician is still occupied and unable to begin your appointment, the lateness forfeiture will not apply.
